Justin was great and was able to get to the root of the issue quickly!

Quick turn around time from calling to scheduling appt. Justin was prompt, very thorough in explaining the issue and honest about options for resolution, including price estimate. He was great about keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I am very appreciative of the service provided and will certainly call again with any other heating or cooling issues.

Justin L was the service rep who walked me through the AC problems I was having. He was on time, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail using language we could understand. He's Grade A+ and we were glad to work with him!

Had an emergency leak in our furnace/AC unit late at night and the emergency help line got us a technician very quickly. Justin H was our technician, he did an amazing job, was informative, and quick to find the problem and get it fixed so we didn't have to go without our AC in the summer heat.

Justin L. gave us a totally pro A/C system maintenance, but also gave us a crash course on humidity, A/C fan unit hose-cleaning, and how to change the main filter. RJ Heating & Cooling took the stress out of our home maintenance this spring!

I called RJ heating and Cooling because I had a Groupon coupon and when I called to make an appointment the lady was so nice and had someone come out the next day. Time I was given was 12pm-2pm. Justin L came at 11:50am and was very friendly and fixed our issue. I definitely recommend them

Absolutely love their customer service ladies Jan and Nicole. They’re so kind and courteous. Not only do they listen to your questions, scheduling is so quick and you cant beat their prices. they’ve been to a few of the rental properties that i manage and have always done a wonderful job! 🫶🏼

I had a great experience with this HVAC company for both my fall furnace maintenance and recent AC inspection. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they showed up right on time. Justin, the technician who handled my AC service, was especially excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was running properly before he left. We called Saturday and left a message and they called back promptly Monday morning and came out with in the hour Justin was very friendly and explained everything to us was quick and efficient would definitely recommend them
