Nice guy. Prompt and knowledgeable

Had them come out for a routine furnace cleaning. Justin did an excellent job with his work and was quick and professional. I would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service that was done on my unit here at home. Had an issue with my unit's motor. Technician Justin was awesome to work with. A true professional and very knowledgable. Unit was back and running at a timely manner. The RJ team was very responsive. Brad showed great customer service and was very understanding. Highly satisfied.

Just had their technician Justin on site to complete an assessment on my air conditioner and I’m extremely happy with the quality of care and information provided by Justin. He spotted the leak in the system and provided feedback on what could be options to remedy the situation.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Jim, the estimator was fantastic. I had a unique situation because my previous air conditioning unit had to be removed due to an improper installation. From the very beginning, Jim was extremely professional, answered all my questions, returned phone calls promptly and made me feel completely at ease. I was very nervous about having installation issues again, but Jim reassured me that the Installation team would make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The Installation crew, Joe and Dan were equally outstanding. They arrived on time, walked me through every step of the installation and explained exactly what they were doing throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. Once the installation was complete, they patiently allowed me to test the system several times to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. They took the time to answer any remaining questions I had. My new air conditioner works perfectly and is incredibly quiet. Because of the exceptional service provided by Jim, Joe and Dan, you have gained a loyal local customer. I will definitely be scheduling a furnace tune-up soon. Thank you for a job well done!

Will be recommending this company to any in NE Ohio who need a tune up or installation. Repaired and recharged the unit at a nice flat rate which was transparent and up-front. There was no misleading or misinformation, they stuck to their word and pricing.

Justin was prompt in arriving and quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner! He was not in the business of selling me a new HVAC system but just wanted to get me back on me feet and on the road again. The unit was installed by RJ Heating and Cooling in 2003 and when it needs to be replaced (hopefully not this year) I will be calling them!

Justin L just came by and was very knowledgeable. He explained all of his diagnostic work in detail, and even recommended to us when we would need servicing. We ended up denying a cleaning, and he was on his way after we paid the diagnostic fee. Very professional, courteous, and all around I feel like I’m on top of our A/C unit now. Thank you, Justin!
