I had a great experience with this HVAC company for both my fall furnace maintenance and recent AC inspection. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they showed up right on time. Justin, the technician who handled my AC service, was especially excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was running properly before he left. It’s such a relief to find a company that is reliable, competent, and treats customers well. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to others!

Absolutely love their customer service ladies Jan and Nicole. They’re so kind and courteous. Not only do they listen to your questions, scheduling is so quick and you cant beat their prices. they’ve been to a few of the rental properties that i manage and have always done a wonderful job! 🫶🏼

Very pleased with Blake and his installers.they did a great job on schooling me on my mini split.i was very pleased how they treated me and my wife and especially my dogs.they were very professional with the install and showing me how to operate. We called Saturday and left a message and they called back promptly Monday morning and came out with in the hour Justin was very friendly and explained everything to us was quick and efficient would definitely recommend them

I can not recommend R.J. or their employee Justin enough. I had someone else come out and tell me deadly CO2 was leaking into my home and I needed a new boiler. The other company has worked on my home for years and was here to do a cleaning. Justin came here for a second opinion. I did not need a new boiler he only had to slow the flow of gas down coming into the home. All my future dealings with my boiler and AC will be with R.J. They have an excellent maintenance program and I will be utilizing and I have already recommended them to a neighbor. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT SERVICE. Thank You!!
